Hi all

Just realised it's almost a year since my last entry. Well needless to say I'm not as active here as I once was, but that's just the way things go I suppose. I'd like to get stuck back into photos again, but I suppose I'm missing a muse at the moment -- got to concentrate on career-building and all that. Still, when I do go for a photographic flurry from time to time, it always excites me when I realise I haven't lost the nack (or the passion) when I press the shutter. It just has to take a back seat at the moment. I replaced my trusty Fuji with a solid DSLR (Pentax K100D) so it wont be going anywhere; it's built like a brick sh*thouse -- and so I look forward to when I can really take it out and stretch its legs.

As for career, I got my First and I'm starting the Diploma in Legal Practice at Edinburgh next week -- that's another year, then I'll have a bunch of letters after my name and will hopefully be employable (though annoyingly it's not guaranteed). Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the comments people have left -- I'm not ungrateful, I just don't check as often as I should.
